Returns and Exchanges

 

In-Store Purchases:

If you purchased our coffee in-store, simply bring your item and receipt to any Bored Roasters location within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be in their unopened original packaging and in the same condition as when purchased.

Online Purchases:

For online orders, we will not accept any exchanges or returns. All sales are final. If you believe you have a defective product, please reach out to our team. Please be ready to describe your issue, have proof of purchase, as well as proof of defect.

Please note that shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable and are at your cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including the following:

In store

Opened coffee bags, gift cards, promotional items and merch.

Online

All products purchased from our online store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please order carefully.
